Analysis of your situation

Our consultants will examine your particular corporate situation and the efficiency of your current production processes.

Together with the client we set our goals:

  • the final objectives
  • the means to reach them
  • the KPI’s of these final objectives

In this phase all the measures for improvements within the business processes are implemented.

Control

Once the new measures are up and running, we monitor the level integration in the working phases and adjust where needed.

Assessment
